Martekuor Dodoo, MD

Martekuor received her undergraduate degree in the biologic basis of behavior, with a minor in psychology, from the University of Pennsylvania.  She went on to receive a master’s degree in biomedical sciences from Eastern Virginia Medical School, where she remained to complete her medical degree.  She then joined our department as a general psychiatry resident in 2018, and served as hospital chief resident at MGUH during her PGY-4 year.  As a resident, she was also selected for the Global Health Track, and was appointed to the MHRI Institutional Review Board.  Martekuor plans to practice in both hospital and outpatient settings, with a focus on integrated care models, and hopes to use both her training in consultation-liaison psychiatry and in global health to work in resource-limited environments, both in the United States and abroad.

Michael Dunlap, DO

Michael received his undergraduate degree in Spanish language and literature from the University of Tulsa.  He went on to receive his medical degree from Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine.  A board-certified pediatrician, Michael completed his general pediatrics residency at the University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine, where he remained and entered their general psychiatry residency.  He was then accepted into the child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Duke University Medical Center, where he served as pediatric consultation-liaison chief fellow, and as a member of the education committee.    Michael is drawn to clinical settings at the interface of psychiatry and medicine; he ultimately plans to return to Oklahoma to serve his hometown community with his unique set of skills.
